Charles River Associates (NASDAQ: CRAI), a consulting services firm headquartered in Boston, has amended its lease with landlord BP Hancock for space in the building commonly known as the John Hancock Tower, which is located at 200 Clarendon St in Boston, Mass.
Under the terms of the amended lease, Charles River Associates – or CRA International – will lease an additional 10,057 square feet of rentable square feet of space on the 25th floor of the building. The lease will commence no earlier than June 15, 2015.

CRA International’s original lease in the building, dated February 24, 2014, was for 57,602 rentable square feet of space on the 9th and 10th floors of the building. CRA International will pay annual fixed rent for the additional premises at the annual rate of $492,793.00, or $49.00 per rentable square foot.
As part of the amended lease, CRA International also will receive four additional reserved parking stalls in the 100 Clarendon Garage, increasing its parking stalls from 23 to 27.
