Rocklin Corporate Center was built in 2007. As of November 6, 2014, Rocklin Corporate Center was approximately 90% leased to 9 tenants.
Rocklin Corporate Center is comprised of two 114,000-square-foot, three-story Class A office buildings constructed in 2008 by Opus West Corp, according to a press release about the property from Schaal Realty Advisors.
Rocklin Corporate Center is on nearly 14 acres between Sunset and Lone Tree Boulevards east of Highway 65.
