Signal Genetics, Inc., a commercial stage, molecular diagnostic company, has entered into a lease agreement with OT9 OWNER, LLC for office space in Carlsbad, CA.
The new space will replace the company’s current headquarters on the 14th Floor at 667 Madison Ave in New York, NY.
The 36-month lease in Carlsbad is for 5,560 square feet of office space and is scheduled to commence on or about October 1, 2014. The monthly base rent will be approximately $13,900, which will increase at a rate of 3 percent annually.
The lease terms include three months of rent abatement during the first year and an option to renew the lease for one additional 36-month period.
Designed by Helpern Architects, 667 Madison Ave in New York, NY is a 25-story, 267,135 square foot office building on the corner of 61st Street and Madison Ave. The building is owned by Hartz Mountain.
