Intralinks (NYSE: IL), a provider of cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for secure content management and collaboration, has entered into an agreement with 404 Wyman LLC to lease 51,325 square feet of office space in the building located at 404 Wyman Street in Waltham, Mass.
The term of the lease is ten years and three months, which the Company expects will commence on or around July 15, 2014.
CB Richard Ellis and Wyman Street Advisors brokered the deal, according to the lease, which lists David Nolasco as the tenant’s authorized representative.
The fixed base rent for the lease during years one through five is $1.7 million per annum, or $32.50 per square foot, payable monthly, and the fixed base rent for the premises during years six through the end of the Lease term is $1.8 million per annum, or $34.50 per square foot, paid monthly.
Intralinks maintains its principal executive office at 150 East 42nd Street in New York, where it occupies 43,304 square feet that is subject to a lease agreement that expires in July 2021. The company also has a facility in Charlestown, Massachusetts that occupies 36,557 square feet under a lease that expires in December 2015.
Built in 1989 and renovated in 2005, 404 Wyman Street is a 413,315 square foot, Class A office building accessible to Route 128. The building offers amenities including a full-service dining facilty, ATM, Health Club and Conference Center.
Features include an open atria with skylights, rooftop terraces and the Forefront Conference Center, which offers professional meeting rooms with audiovisual technology and wireless high-speed Internet access.
