A joint venture comprised of two funds controlled by Wells Real Estate has sold 305 Interlocken Parkway, a two-story, vacant office building in Broomfield, Colorado, for a gross sales price of $6.1 million, exclusive of closing costs.
The building contains 49,000 rentable square feet. The buyer is the State of Colorado, acting by and through the Department of Agriculture.
According to the contract, Stream Realty Partners represented the Seller in this transaction. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Buyer.
