LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. has signed a new lease for the entire single-story building at 41 Second Avenue in Northwest Park in Burlington, Mass.
The landlord of the building, which has 15,642 rentable square feet of floor area, is Peter C. Nordblom, who serves as Trustee of N.W. Building 3 Trust, the owner of the building.
The Stevens Group brokered the expansion deal.
LeMaitre Vascular has also amended its leases with affiliates of the landlord for two adjacent properties the company currently occupies at 53 and 63 Second Avenue, also in Burlington. The Amendments extend the terms of those leases to be coterminous with the new lease at 41 Second Ave.
LeMaitre Vascular expects to occupy the 41 Second Avenue building on or around July 1, 2015. The lease expires on December 31, 2023.
The base rent for the new lease in the first year of LeMaitre Vascular’s occupancy at 41 Second Avenue will be $15,642 per month and will increase in each subsequent year.
