Lake Success, NY-based DealerTrack Technologies, Inc. has amended its office lease to expand by 24,907 square feet on the seventh floor at Galleria North in Dallas, a sixteen-story Class A office tower with 379,518 rentable square feet at 13155 Noel Road in Dallas, TX.
The expansion commences April 1, 2014 and expires May 31, 2023, which is the same as the rest of DealerTrack Technologies’ leased premises at the Property.
According to the lease agreement, Cassidy Turley brokered the deal on behalf of the Landlord, an affiliate of Boston-based Franklin Street Properties.
iOptimize Realty Inc. d/b/a Corporate Realty Consultants acted on behalf of the Tenant.
With the additional space, DealerTrack has increased the aggregate amount of its leased space from 108,966 square feet, or 28.71 percent of the property’s rentable area, to 133,873 square feet, or 35.27 percent of its rentable area.
After the expansion, Galleria North in Dallas will be 85 percent leased.
