Former CBRE CEO White Resigns from Firm’s Board One Month After Retirement

Brett WBrett-White-CBRE--CEO2hite, the former chief executive officer at CBRE Group, Inc., notified the Company last week of his decision to resign from his position on the Company’s board of directors, effective immediately.

White resigned from the board due to other commitments and not as a result of any disagreements with the Company, CBRE said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

White retired as Chief Executive Officer of CBRE on December 31, 2012. He was re-elected to the Company’s Board of Directors at its annual shareholders’ meeting on May. 8, 2012. CBRE reported at the time that he would remain on the Board following his retirement from the firm at year-end 2012.

Robert Sulentic succeeded White as CEO.
